At Cellar Door we believe in seasonality, locality and quality. This is reflected in the dishes we create and the drinks we serve.

We are an independent bar and bistro located in Hereford City Centre producing food that is packed full of flavour and made from scratch by our team of talented chefs. Hereford’s strong agricultural roots are important to us so we always strive to use the best local produce including ingredients sourced from our own Restaurant Garden when the season allows.

At Cellar Door, preparing dishes to fit a variety of dietary needs is our priority so we not only serve the juiciest Herefordshire steaks and other meats sourced from our local butcher but also have a selection of beautiful fish dishes and intricate vegetarian and vegan dishes to choose from.

We serve , between 12pm and 3pm Wednesday to Friday, all day (12pm – 9pm) Saturday & serve our Sunday menu 12pm untill 4pm weekly. Our bar is also open late into the night and those wishing to just have drinks are welcome and can choose from an excellent selection fine wines, draft products and fresh, classic and contemporary cocktails.

We are perfect for all seasons, on bright summers days you can dine and drink Al Fresco on our sunny roof terrace or sit in front of our brightly burning wood burner in the deep mid-winter.
