HEAD CHEF

The Role  We are looking for a full time head chef who is calm and confident leading a team. You must have an eye for flavour, presentation and quality. You and your team will prepare everything from scratch so you must have a passion for ingredients. The role is available from the start of June.

The Candidate Ideally you will have experience as a head chef but we would potentially consider an exceptional sous-chef that has had plenty of admin experience.

Salary will vary dependent on experience

Front of House

We are looking for a bright and confident individual to join the team for the festive period. You will need to be available from the 28th of November to the end of December. This is a temporary position however there may be opportunity for the right candidate to gain permanent employment.

Cellar Door is an independent bar and restaurant specialising in local ingredients and has a high quality menu. We are looking for staff who will reflect the standards and have an interest in food and local ingredients.

The hours of the role will fluctuate between 12 and 20 a week but with two guaranteed days off a week (Mondays and Tuesdays). The right candidate will not mind working late nights especially Fridays and Saturdays.

The perfect person for this role will be someone who is confident, patient and passionate for providing great customer service. Someone with experience working in hospitality is preferable but full training will be given.
