HEAD CHEF

The Role  We are looking for a full time head chef who is calm and confident leading a team. You must have an eye for flavour, presentation and quality. You and your team will prepare everything from scratch so you must have a passion for ingredients. The role is available from the start of June.

The Candidate Ideally you will have experience as a head chef but we would potentially consider an exceptional sous-chef that has had plenty of admin experience.

Salary will vary dependent on experience

 

 

COMMIS CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE

The Role Requiring an organised Commis/ Chef De Partie, someone with an outgoing personality and passion for creating great food.

The Candidate Experience working in a busy restaurant environment, good work rate and excellent organisational skills are essential to this role. Ability to work as part of a team and motivation for success will stand you in good stead for this role. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit kitchen in a happy working environment and gain experience of the highest level.

Front of House

PART TIME SUPERVISOR

The Role We need a responsible person to supervise the bar area on Saturday nights (with potential for more shifts) over the summer and coordinate close downs. These hours will always be between Wednesday and Sunday. You will be responsible for locking down the building. Your role will be to supervise staff on duty and ensure that high standards are kept. You will frequently close down the entire bar and restaurant and therefore must be regimented with a high cleaning standard. In the absence of the General Manager you will be responsible for managing the front of house team and bar area. You will be generally coordinating teams of staff and supporting the general manager in their duties. You will be tasked with greeting and interacting with customers and ensuring that they get an excellent level of service at all times. This is a new position with plenty of opportunity for growth within a growing business.

The Candidate The perfect person for this role will be someone who is confident, patient and passionate for providing great customer service, someone with previous management/supervisory experience is a bonus but experience working in hospitality is necessary, you will also be expected to work evenings and weekends. A strong interest in cocktails is essential but training can also be provided. Over 18s Only

PART TIME BAR/WAITING STAFF

The Role You will be tasked with greeting and interacting with customers and ensuring that they get an excellent level of service at all times. The number of hours for this role is likely to fluctuate between 8 and 20 hours weekly. These hours will be between Wednesday and Sunday.

The Candidate This person would need to be flexible and not mind working late nights, availability for Friday and Saturday nights would be a must. The perfect person for this role will be someone who is confident, patient and passionate for providing great customer service, someone with experience working in hospitality is necessary but training will also be provided.
